Yes, forgot to include that I'd also disabled RDC (Remote Differential Compression) on Vista/7 as another item. That hadn't helped either...

We use only one Vista machine (which happens to be mine...). Similar performance on that with Novell Client for Vista v2 SP1. This client was also susceptible to spurious reboot until file cache was disabled...

We do have BR v4.17, but my testing resulted in identical results.

With the advent of Windows 7 we've discovered severe slowness in operations within BR (v 3.90) on a Novell server.
