We will soon need to use on IPV6 addresses at some of our clients so need Client Server to be able use those addresses to connect.

The first thing I would check would be exclusions in any anti-virus program running for both BR and Atlantis. The simple check that the anti-virus does can cause timing to be off on all processes. Thanks for the reminder! It had slipped my mind. Had to call as website was showing no availability.

That usually means there is a printer with something that BR doesn't like whether its a printer name or a driver of some kind it does not like.

The other possibility is that there are printers that the user does not have permission to administrate if they have locked things down.

Thought I would share. Had an odd one today where a client running BR off a drive share couldn't get in BR because they got an error 10018 creating wbserver. Thought it was likely a permission issue but was not getting a 4205 error. Oddly I could create a file in the folder manually as that user. So...
