Before you come to the conference...

Hi all,

If you are coming to the conference and would like to save yourself some time and trouble, you can get a few things pre-installed onto your laptop before you come:

C# Express

Mikhail Zheleznov will lead us in a PEM workshop with .NET controls. In order to follow along with the presentation and get the most from it, you will need the Express (free) edition of Microsoft's C# loaded on your computer. You can download it here:

MyEdit

Gabriel Bakker will take us through some really interesting technology that he has built into his ScreenIO product (with MANY new features since the last time you saw it). If you would like to get the most from this presentation, you will want to have MyEdit (Ryan Mills' wonderful programmer's editor which is designed to work tightly with BR) on your laptop. Gabriel has some additional tools for MyEdit that you will install at the conference which allow you to write and edit code without line numbers! Believe me, you'll never go back once you've tried it. To download the free version of MyEdit, go to Ryan's website. Click on the MyEditBR link in the product section on the left. Then you will see the download links in the upper right corner of that page.
