Conference Registrations & Hotel Bookings - PLEASE READ

Hi all,

Here is an update of where we stand with conference registrations and hotel bookings. You need to have your registration form in by Monday March 26th (THIS MONDAY). Further, the unbooked hotel rooms in our reserved block will be released back to the hotel very soon.

If you have not been mentioned, but are coming, please Email me!

Make sure that those registration forms are in by Monday to ensure that you will have a conference book and flash drive waiting for you in San Antonio. And if you have not paid your BRG Membership dues yet, you need to get that in right away or you'll have to pay the non-member rate for the conference, which is more expensive. Email George, the BRG treasurer, if you have any questions about your membership dues.

If there are special situations that we need to know about, PLEASE EMAIL ME or one of the other board members (Steve, George, Pete or Mike) BY MONDAY.
