2013 Business Rules Group Conference
May 2-4, 2013 Thurs-Sat
Boston Embassy Suites

Mark your calendars!. And since our new schedule format will dismiss for the day (Thurs, Fri AND Sat) at 1:30pm AND you can sleep more people per 2-room suite (6 people I believe with a queen room) at the Embassy Suites AND they have that fabulous free hot made-to-order breakfast, this is a prime opportunity to plan a nice family vacation into the trip or just bring friends to party with. Have your family mark THEIR calendars too! If an extended stay IS in your plan, please read on for important info. Otherwise, see you in Boston in 2013!

Extended stays:
As I mentioned in a prior Email, the hotel is currently booking guest rooms at $409 per night for that time period, but we have negotiated a group rate of $219 for Wed, Thur and Fri nights ONLY. Our group rate can be extended for several days before and after our event (subject to room availability) in case you'd like to stay over and do some touristing, but note that we don't have any rooms currently RESERVED for those extended dates. If you think you might like to take advantage of that offer, contact me ASAP so I can get those rooms/days added to our room block and lock them in. Again...you won't be penalized if you change your mind later. Better safe than sorry. Thanks.

Is there a website we can go to to make our reservations? I did a search and found several different results which all looked correct... that confused me

Hi John,

The hotel reservation page for our group hasn't been constructed yet. They will assign us a group code and will give us a link. That won't happen for a bit, but I will send out a note as soon as it does.
