Hello all,

It's time to negotiate the contract for our 2019 BRG conference. Last year, you overwhelmingly voted to repeat the New Orleans location for 2019 so that's the plan. But before I can properly work out details, it would be very helpful to know how many rooms we need so we don't over book leaving BRG to pay for unused rooms or under book possibly leaving some of your with no room. Please reply here with your intentions or you can email me if you would prefer not to make it public. The dates are Thursday-Friday May 9-10 at the same hotel that we used last year (the Drury).

As soon as I hear back from most of the "regulars" I will contact the hotel. Thanks for your prompt response.

Heidi and I should be there Wednesday night through Saturday.

Note: When you reply to me with your availability for the conference, please let me know the number of nights you will need for the hotel. Since the conference is Thursday and Friday, I assume that most people will stay overnight Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and go home on Saturday. But if that's not you, it would help to know. Thanks everybody. I have only heard from 5 people so far...not enough to book the hotel. So DO get back to me. If you are NOT coming and you usually do, please let me know that as well so I don't guess incorrectly.
