2019 Conference - New Orleans

Hi all,
It's time to get the 2019 BRG Conference underway!

Thurs-Fri May 9-10 (8:30am-5:00pm) at the Drury Inn & Suites in New Orleans.

1. HOTEL RESERVATIONS. You are now free to book your hotel rooms. The room rate is $169 per night. In the standard rooms, all the Drury has available are King beds. If you are bunking in with someone else and need two beds, your only option is to go to a Queen SUITE. The rates are still pretty reasonable for that if you are sharing and splitting the cost but you will have to call and speak to someone on the phone to request a suite since that configuration won't show up automatically under our group code. Or you can just contact me if you need assistance.
Our block of reserved rooms will expire on April 6th. If you don't book your room before that, it's possible that you may not get one. So please leave plenty of time. You can make your reservations online at http://www.druryhotels.com or call the reservation phone number at (800) 325-0720. Either way, you will meed to reference our group code 2369095.
2. REGISTRATION FORMS are attached to this message. Note that BRG dues (which covers the cost of your conference registration) is still only $100 this year, down from $250 in past years. You will be responsible for the cost of your lodging and all meals, though breakfast is free at the hotel. If you have any trouble booking your room, please let me know and I will help. We will be eating lunch OUT in town (anywhere you choose to go) rather than having lunch catered at the hotel. So plan on taking advantage of the fabulous New Orleans food!
3. PRESENTERS STILL NEEDED
I am still looking for presenters. Please contact me if you have something to share, no matter how small. I would love to see some more demos of what you are all working on lately. Those sessions are always quite popular with everyone. But everything is welcome. If we don't have more contributors, it's gonna be more of a reunion than a seminar. Just sayin'...
