I think it’s still free, and that is very nice!
We subscribe to their full product, so other than a brief trial, I didn’t try the express product.
GotoAssist provided by Citrix has stellar support. When something fails, I can always get help. I don’t know if they are going to provide the same level of service to the express clients, but I would imagine they would.
The Express version is designed for a limited number of technicians (It might even be 1) to provide support to end users. The interface looked very nice.
I would certainly give it a try.
