We use GoToAssist at CLS. We love it, our customers love it. Luis knows more about it.

Hi Steve! You're all married now! I hope you and Heidi had a wonderful day on August 8th! They were setting off some awfully big fireworks in China in your honor that day. They made have called it the Olympic opening ceremonies, but we know better :)

Aren't you using LogMeIn for remote support now? What is GotoAssist supposed to provide that LogMeIn doesn't? I'm always interested in hearing about a better mousetrap.

I think it’s still free, and that is very nice!

We subscribe to their full product, so other than a brief trial, I didn’t try the express product.

GotoAssist provided by Citrix has stellar support. When something fails, I can always get help. I don’t know if they are going to provide the same level of service to the express clients, but I would imagine they would.

The Express version is designed for a limited number of technicians (It might even be 1) to provide support to end users. The interface looked very nice.

I would certainly give it a try.
