Material Safety Data Sheets

Do any of you have software written in BR that handles Materials Safety Data Sheets, or have clients who need Materials Safety Data Sheets? The government department GHS has recently drastically changed the requirements for reporting the hazards of various materials, as part of a global drive for standardization across multiple countries. I'm being asked to write software to do it but the client wanted me to first ask if anyone else has BR software that does it already.
They were doing it the old way by using a bunch of programs cobbled together via hand entry and as they update to follow the new standards, they want to tie it in with their existing BR software at the same time, so that all the information resides in the same place.
