Hi John,

Ok so here is the situation.

You have to turn on the option in the editor options dialog like I stated.

At which point a new Exit option becomes available on the File Menu.

The keyboard shortcut listed on this menu item is shown to be Ctrl-Alt-F4.

At which point MyEditBR will close with out any prompts at all.

So enable the option and then take a look at the file menu.

Is that sufficient?

Ryan.

Isn't there a setting to tell it not to prompt for save on exit? I
thought
there was but I'm having difficulty finding it now.

Almost there - I was able to edit the key binding so that Alt+F4 will exit no
save (because that's the keyboard shortcut I use), but that didn't affect the X
button. Can I change it's behavior with the shortcut editor, too?

No that is a windows function, for the most part.

I can change it internally but not with out re-coding and compiling it.

Ok, thanks Ryan. No biggie, I rarely use MyEditBR to edit anyway.
