Print Preview issue

Has anyone run across a problem with print preview in client server 4.2, where the print preview will not display (it shows in the taskbar though) and when using the window preview feature in windows (hover over the icon on the taskbar) the window only has what appears to be a button in the top left. Printing directly to printers works perfectly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the BR client including a complete wipe of the client side directories.

It sounds as though the windows position got saved outside the viewable screens. Try right clicking and moving from the task bar. something like hover, move, hover, right click, click move, press an arrow key, click to drop, resize to make readable.

We have had a similar situation on the MAC except there is no icon at all for the Preview Window. You must go look under 'Window' along the top bar and select 'Zoom' and then the Window will appear. This has only happened on two machines so far and in both cases the computer had gotten improperly shutdown while the preview window was open but minimized.

Did John's suggestion solve the problem for you Kevin?
