Limiting ONE user to one session

Hi all,

Is there a way to limit one particular user to one BR session while allowing multiple sessions for other users? There is no "login" process for this application, just clicking on the BR icon on the desktop takes you directly in. So I imagine that I will probably have to control this from their BRCONFIG.SYS file. But I don't know the best way to do this (or ANY way to do it, if truth be told).
