I've heard in 4.2 there is.
In linux we can get around the interface by typing the command:
./brnative >xxx
where brnative is the name of the executable for BR.
The >xxx redirects all screen output to go to a file called xxx instead.
In windows, you can at least get rid of the splash screen by (a) making sure there are no "errors" in your wbconfig sys. (This includes using "!" style comments when the comment is the only thing on the line, and (b) running another copy of BR in the background.
BR will supress printing the splash screen if there are no errors and if another copy of BR is running, for all windows versions of BR. The console windows still appear, however.

From 4.18c Release Notes-
LOGGING loglevel logfile [UNATTENDED]
The UNATTENDED keyword will cause BR to run until a program begins to
await operator input and then exit. This means BR will also exit if a
MSGBOX, OPEN PREVIEW or OPEN SELECT is encountered. It also means that
NO SPLASH SCREEN will appear.
