Symmetric encryption algorithm like AES or Triple DES

I am looking to encrypt some data in a table using "Strong Encryption".
Does anyone have a function/library that does this?

I have some Delphi code that does this. It can be made into a DLL or a standalone EXE.
What would you like?

I would think that an "EXE" would be best.
