different config options for different versions of BR!

I am getting the next release of my software ready and would like to take advantage of the workstack maximum increase, however both versions are using the same BRConfig.sys.
Is there a way to specify that a config specification should only be executed if the BR version is 4.3 or higher so that it won't be executed in my version 4.03?
