changing the Q Attribuyte combobox arrow picture

Is there a way to change the picture that displays when you use the Q attribute to make one of the old style comboboxes?
Now that we're using both new and old comoboxes we're thinking it might be nice to change all the old ones into a picture that doesn't suggest the combobox behavior, because they really don't behave like the real comoboboxes do.
