Questions you want answered in the Big Easy
With the open format of the upcoming conference. I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread of Questions and that you would like to get an answer to at the upcoming conference. It does not matter if your attending or not. Post up your question and I will see we cannot at some point come up ...

Re: Team Viewer 12
Yes we ran into the same thing and have been exploring other products. Been giving http://www.splashtop.com a try. Seems to offer what we need. We will likely sign on for a year and give it a trial. We plan to stay at version 12 of Teamviewer for the time being. Will keep you updated on the splashtop.

Re: leading colons
Question 1: @:: usually means your referencing the OS path rather than the BR Path. With only the single colon your referencing the BR Path.
Question 2: That will depend upon whether your code is expecting to be working with the actual OS path or the BR Path.

Re: Windows 10 BR! Server
Aw good to know. Have not run into any Windows 10 Home machines. Does not surprise me that Microsoft would restrict that.

Re: Windows 10 BR! Server
The fastest way to get to the Local Security Policy Editor is to click on the Cortana Search button and start typing Local Security and it should find it and you can select it to run.

Re: Windows 10 BR! Server
What Luis suggested is correct. Just enabling RDP does not fix this issue. Enabling the user to logon locally in Local Security Policy is what is required for a user to connect via client server. I think where the RDP confusion happened was that I think in earlier versions of windows if you enabled ...

We have found it turned back on many times by Microsoft updates. Cannot point you to a specific update unfortunately.

Re: BR issue with Windows Defender or other Anti-virus products?
Sounds to me as if you need to turn off SMB2 or SMB3 on the fileserver.
That was what we have done to resolve a similar drive statement issue.

SSL Security Testing website - Demo Program
For those at the conference I have attached the example program I showed in my session today that connects to a website that will test your ssl security for the connection. You need ca-bundle.crt in the same folder as your executable to connect to https websites. You will need to have that file to r...
