Was not sure where to put this.
Have any of you RTF gurus come up with a good way to fix section numbering when your taking a base document and making it into a multiple page document via a BR program.
We generate contracts using a base RTF document and when they try to use Roman Numerals or Numbers to label a section it ends up just continuing to count up rather than starting with '1' or 'I'.
Is there a code we could insert at the bottom of the document that would ensure the next page resets the counter?

In my RTFLIB.dll I deal with this exact question. I have not, however initiated a sub numbering sequence, just a main sequence as long as the paragraph types remain a constant type. Entering any other paragraph type automatically resets the counter. I use 1,2,3 etc rather than I II III etc.
There is a variable that gets PROCed in that tells the library whether or not to use the counter.
The add atttachment filter does not like any of my file names so it's a real pain to send sample files the RTF file should be .dll the letter file should be .spc
