Win7 Issues

Hi all,
My client is switching all of their users to Windows7 workstations next week. I figured that many of us could be facing this soon if we aren't already.
Are there KNOWN issues or "gotchas" with Windows7 and BR 4.2? Or other versions of BR? I know that one person posted that BR was running very slowly under Win7. Not sure if that was resolved. Someone else had 4146 errors. Someone else suggested that your Anti-virus software excludes the BR folders. And I believe that someone else (Luis maybe?) said something at the conference about an issue running a Win7 workstation with a specific version of Windows Server.
Is there a definitive list of issues to navigate? The client is using a File server running some version of MS Windows Server - either 2003 or 2008. Not sure. They will be upgrading that server soon, so that might change the playing field even more.
Perhaps we could start a thread on this and add to it?
