I'm looking to switch ACS to using a more portable VoIP solution. I'd really like to be able to pull up a real time list of call start and end times (and duration of course) to monitor the activity. I only have/need one line - but it has a direct number and an 800 number - both will need to be transfered to it.
Does anyone have any suggestions and/or have you switched to VoIP yet, what are you using? How do you like it?
